Three Axis CNC Routers-Nesting
This nesting CNC router comes equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system that enhances its productivity. The 3 axis CNC machine was developed for manufacturing nested based custom cabinets, furniture, and related products.

The nesting CNC router supports automatic loading and unloading as well as automatic positioning, ensuring high productivity and minimizing the risk for human error. 
The heavy-duty machine body ensures stability during processing.
The speed of the 9KW spindle can reach up to 24000 RPM. The 8-position tool changer ensures quick tool changing, minimizing downtime.
It is equipped with a servo motor made in Taiwan and reducer made by Shimpo to ensure optimal processing speed and processing accuracy.
The double-layer vacuum table can effectively suck materials of various sizes. 
A Syntec intelligent control system is easy to operate, meaning workers can master its functions after simple training, eliminating the need for hiring specialized workers. 
CAD/CAM software supports typesetting optimization. The advanced equipment can even process irregular workpieces. The utilization of materials is more than 95% which helps you effectively lower production costs while increasing output.
