The gantry moving CNC router was developed for the production of automotive foam molds through 3D processing.

The CNC router is ideal equipment for the manufacturing of various types of large-scale non-metal molds. It is particularly useful for manufacturing foam molds and wood molds that require fine machining.
The gantry structure of the CNC router is movable.
It is equipped with an aluminum table.

It uses a servo motor manufactured by Leadshine.
It is controlled by ArtCAM software.
The intelligent control system can realize automatic 3D processing, automatically controlling the idle speed, processing speed, and cutting speed during processing.
The precision guide rail and rack work together to ensure stable operation and machining precision.
The movable rotary axis enables this CNC router to process round workpieces that can otherwise be difficult to work with.
The oil lubrication system keeps the track lubricated to prolong the service life of the machine. 
The machine body is produced using welded steel plate which is stable and durable so as to ensure the machine does not deform or vibrate when processing large-scale workpieces.
