SFD2030Q Industrial 3-axis CNC Machine
The industrial 3-axis CNC machine is a classic style CNC engraving machine developed for processing non-metal molds, including wood molds, automotive molds, ship molds, and much more.
Various non-metallic materials including wood, foam, plastic, etc.
The gantry structure of the 3-axis CNC machine is movable, providing extra operational flexibility. 
The steel table features great load carrying capacity and provides convenience when fixing workpieces.
The machine body is produced from seamlessly welded thick wall square steel that has undergone a vibration aging treatment. This prevents the equipment from deformation even after many years of heavy use.
Its X and Y axis uses a rack and pinion drive, while the Z axis uses a screw drive.
It is equipped with a servo motor and reducer manufactured by Syntec that greatly enhances operational accuracy.
The Syntec 6MB control system has an independent control cabinet. It supports various kinds of software such as Artcam and Powermill.
The 7.5kW water cooled automatic tool change spindle features a speed of 0-18000r/min.
