Spindle heads on the engraving machine are rotatable, so that the machine is capable of 2D processing and 4-dimensional engraving and processing. Water cooling high-speed principle axis with variable frequency is suitable for rotational speed at 24000 r/min.

The 4-axis single spindle head of the engraving router features a mobile-gantry structure, which is better than traditional stereo engraving routers. The machine is processed using a vibration treatment to reduce interior stress, and the machine works in a high performance, highly efficient manner.

The machine frame is processed using a dust-free sandblasting paint treatment, which makes it easy to clean. This procedure also increases the friction between pieces and the machine bed, ensuring a more accurate engraving.

The 3 axes are equipped with an HIWIN (Taiwan) square linear guide rail, the Z-axis is equipped with a TBI (Taiwan) ball screw, and the X-axis and Y-axis are equipped with an oblique gear rack drive that is tightly linked to the gear shaft to ensure an even torque transmission and reduced noise levels.

Highly compatible with software. The 4 axis engraving machine is compatible with various CAD/CAM software, including Type3, ArtCAM, Castmate. It’s able to reduce errors through automatic control when processing uneven planks. Customers can choose the mechanical parameters in the software system for fixed point processing in different positions, as well as an error display function.
