3 Axis Engraving CNC Router

The 3 axis engraving CNC router features a 3-axis linkage controlling system, along with a single spindle head. The machine spindle head is fixed, which makes the machine applicable for 2D engraving works, including cutting, piercing, bottom milling, and embossing.

A thick square steel machine bed makes the CNC router heavier, while the vibration treatment and dust-free sandblasting paint treatment reduce interior machine stress. The machine is highly rigid and durable, and features a long service life.

Equipped with a rotational system with a planetary reducer, the principal axis is able to rotate at precise angles within 180 degrees, which makes it capable of high speed, automatic processing of complex, curved surface parts.

The machining center is equipped with a powerful servo system, HSD (Italy) 9KW air-cooling principal axis and oil transfer pump, to promote the performance. This ensures the machine is capable of fast production of a variety of panel furniture and processing of complex curved surface parts.

The 3 axes are equipped with an HIWIN (Taiwan) square linear guide rail, the Z-axis is equipped with a TBI (Taiwan) 3210 ball screw that features a high accuracy and durability, and the X-axis and Y-axis are equipped with an oblique gear rack drive tightly linked to gear shaft, thus ensuring an even torque transmission and reduced noise levels.

Highly compatible with software. The machine is compatible with various CAD/CAM software, including Type3, ArtCAM, and Castmate. It’s able to reduce errors by automatic control when processing uneven planks. Customers can choose the mechanical parameters in the software system for a fixed point processing, as well as an error display function.

The machine is equipped with a Syntec (Taiwan) integrated 4-axis linkage controlling system, and the height of the operation panel is designed according to human height, to make operating more comfortable.
